QUALITY 1-3 man camo tent?
« on: June 25, 2012, 10:07:06 AM »
I like to blend in.. I got a nice Kelty backpacking tent but its red. Anyone know of any QUALITY 1, 2 or 3 man backpacking tents that are woodland camo or olive drab in color? I can find camo tents but none from a reputable brand.

Thanks

Until you find one, get a camo fly from somewhere like Sportsmans Guide, to rig over yours. Actually, unless it is buggy, I prefer a fly alone rigged leanto or plowpoint with a fire in front. A min. 9x9 works pretty well for me at 6'1". If it gets really blowy and stormy you and your gear can wrap up 'envelope' style and do well.
