...and, I have posted some regret, in the Love-Hate relationship with feral hogs. They are fun to hunt 24/7/365 until you want to shoot something else, and in that is the rub...there won't be anything else as the hogs are much too aggressive and will run off even the deer with the most headgear. Hogs eat turkey poults, quail, eggs of ground nesting birds, snakes, rabbits, fawn if then can find a newborn, and tear the land up looking for grubs and worms. There are places I am not certain I want to tractor for concern over loss of an axle or tire. It is always something with pigs, and most of it isn't good.
