  The "serene court" says Obamacare stands..  Obama has won this battle.... perhaps as Imperial Japan came out on top at Pearl Harbor..
      Now, with this newly found power and it's accompanying confidence, we can expect the Obama mob to reach for much more...

Roberts basically said that Obamacare is a new tax.  Something Romney and the R's can really run against effectively.  A pyrrhic victory for Obam today....

  Roberts may have dealt us a bad hand, but he did offer some advice.  I his writing for the majority opinion, he basically said , "if you don't like these kind of laws..elect different people"..
 
  Now that he has full power to tax what he doesn't like...as much as he cares to..next on the agenda will be our guns.
  How would you like a $150.00 per year on each gun you own ?  Maybe a $6.00 tax on a box of .22 LRs.
 
     Looks like it is coming more to be a "we the people thing..just as in 1776..

Good   thought ;   The   thinking  of   taxing   the   ammo   to  the  point   the   guns   are   useless   maybe  OBs  next   move.

If voters hang on to today's outrage, it'll be the 2010 mid-terms all over again - big Republican victories.  Obamacare can still be repealed.  The Supreme Court ruling does not change that....

  I wasn't planning on sending Romney anything..but now his campaign gets a check...or two...or three from me.   I understand he has had million$$ come in just this afternoon, since this shameful ruling has come down.
 
   Here in the USA we have had a "birthright" of freedom, purchased by the blood of heroes.   Unfortunately, some are so blind and insensitive to those who sacrificed for them... as to be willing to sell their birthright for a mess of pottage...

I can not believe anyone here didn't realize roberts was placed to take care of the liberal agenda. Bush was one world government, he knew roberts job was to secure the votes needed to keep the agenda going. The clown knew the vote was there a long time ago but the game was played in front of 300 hundred million fools. Roberts received his 30 peices of silver a long time ago. He is one world government.
Now take two asprins and go to bed, you aint seen nothing yet. This train just keeps rolling.

Roberts actually gave us a second bite at the apple by ruling it a tax.    If the GOP wins the WH and Congress this year, we can repeal Obamacare by needing only 51 votes [the Demonrats cannot filibuster the measure].   Furthermore, the tax designation means we can revisit the measure once the law takes effect and someone pays the penalty.   It is a hollow victory for Oboy, but an opportunity for all of us.

This victory is the kiss of death for the Obama administration.

Before today I was as many of you remember certain of Obama's reelection. What chief juistice Roberts has done is taken a race that was just shades of beige between two candidates and turned it into one massive all encompassing issue. The Obama administration now has the unenviable task of running on a platform supporting the largest tax increase in American history that primarily targets the lower income citizens.

Yeah I wonder how well that'll work for em ::)

   Yup.  Obama and SCOTUS did what Romney couldn't.  Unite the Republican party.  I'm pretty certain that after yesterday, Obama has little chance of winning unless Romney really screws up.

Swampy, I think that is ( Ride!).
If a repeal is at temped roberts will preside over a scotus ruling that will make it permante no matter what is done. This has been planned for a long time. (tin foil hat time) 2700 pages (no body has read) written by every elite group in every country of the world. It takes care of laws, unions, money transfer, control, who presides, and where it will take us. This is the crowning jewel they have wanted for a long time and gave it to us with just 50 illegal votes. You will not take this away from them. This is satan's work, he is at the head.
The implementation will drive it so deep between now and January by the clown and those that wrote this measure that it will be called to far gone to stop. The words used will be ( to big to fail) Ever hear that before. If the clown gets back in it will not even be a topic.
I do believe Romney will try to stop this. Any business man can see what it will do. Those that think this is the same as the one Romney implemented in Mass needs to look at the scope of both and will see it is not the same. One dealt with health care the other, control.

I don't believe its due to people not caring, and sitting on their duffs. I think its due to the government run education system and the government run media keeping people ignorant. Government knew the only why to transfer power to the centralized state is to get at least half the voters to think that what they are doing is the right way. There just are not enough people left that know what is going on to make any difference. Just talking to people at work or other places proves this. If there is a conservative that gets in, its always a local election, and they get absorbed into the corrupt system, and become a part of the corrupt system. Just look at how some of the politicians vote that we thought were conservative.
Government has just about achieved what they planed to achieve, and that is to make the majority of voters ignorant of right and wrong.
Bush was a new world order guy and so is Roberts, and Bush new it. Its why he appointed him. Roberts sole job is to interpret if a law is Constitutional or not, period. His job was not to give Romney a better chance or give a chance for the law to be repealed later. If anyone has any doubt what Roberts truly is, just look who he voted with.

It only takes 5% of a population to make a change. If you can get 5% you can take a democracy to communism and that is where we are now. 95% let it happen. The black population has been used and is now used to make our laws on guns, welfare, freedom etc. It is the minority of the black population that forces the laws, probably 5% or less.
Good example when someone despertly needs help and 100 people are there, 5 or less will help 95 will watch. Evil men know this.
