Charlie, thank you for your contribution. However along with simply giving the mean velocity please give the extreme spread shown by each load. This is an important piece of data. Of course we have all seen loads that dont look so promising on chrono numbers that still shot well.
Still, the load that has a smaller ES (and therefore SD) is more likely to perform well. This is especially the case when shot strings are 10 rds.
It is interesting to see the relative mv generated by each firearm. It is a pretty dramatic increase, even with three rds. rp
