I would have run the grill through a full cooking cycle to burn off the galvanize before I cooked over it.
We had smoked pork butt (9 hours), grilled corn on the Cobb, Tater salad, three bean salad and homemade cupcakes.Happy independence day y'all!

I just cut a bell pepper into rings sprayed a little non stick cooking spray on them and tossed them on the grill for a few minutes. A simple and tasty side dish.Sent from my VM670 using Tapatalk
