Hey Lewis!
That is so true! Every time I start whining and complaining with the poor poor pitiful me thing, I hear from so many other members who have gone through similar and often much worse things then I.
It really makes me feel like a crybaby.
That's when I say to myself "pity party's over, what are you going to do to work around this?" and drive on!
Speaking of driver's licenses, since I was home all last week, and my birthday was Saturday, I renewed my DL on Friday. I had to bring my birth cert. and all kinds of other proof that I'm a US citizen, resident of Georgia and have a valid SSAN!
Of course Kathie drove and I was really worried since the law change also said if you're over 64 you have to take a vision test. Suprise suprise, the lady didn't give me a vision test!
And I darn sure didn't remind her!
Back of the pack; sgl file I expect, too (gives a guy more room to cover his mistakes).
Yup! That's it!
I could do a lot of screwing up and nobody could see!
We usually ride in pairs but I wasn't sure enough of my self to be booking down the road 10 feet off the bike in front of me and sharing the width of the roadway with another 800 lb. 2 wheeler!
