Foam board insulation covered with lauan.  Quick, easy and you'll appreciate the insulation for both temp control and noise abatement.

The inside of our reefer trailers are covered with what appears to be bathroom wall board. The sort you see in public restooms, sort of a pebble finish. Simple to clean unlike wood, reflects light unlike wood. It is backed up with insulation in our trailers, roughly like blue board. I would do this if I were going to finish one off.

In addition I would install E-Tracking down both sides. Serves as a tough rub rail and provides a wonderful tie down for securing loads. Get a couple shoring bars and a few straps and you will be the envy of your friends. Properly installed you can build logistical flooring to seperate filthy pipe from new tub surrounds for example. Or my idea bunk space for a simple camper for overnight hunting trips. I'll bet Grainger, or Northern Hydraulic has the stuff.

You could also use spray on truck bed liner.

Personally, I'd go with some heavy shag carpet, a disco ball, some LED's and a bunch of throw pillows.  Cut some star shaped windows in the side.  Throw on some 5-spoke Cragars and jack up the back about 2 inches.

That would rock...

The ones that I drove that were purposed like yours had 3/8 to 1/2 inch plywood. It is toughest sheeting and can be easily replaced when it tears up (and it will if you are makeing money) if it is put up right. ear

Over 25 years of doing gun shows, with exactly what you have. 3/8'' plywood, and self tapping screws. Easy and cheap. gypsyman
