In your Handi .22 Hornet what cartridge overall  length works best for your gun?  Which bullet are you using with this coal?  .DT

Dirty,

Everyone's "number" is immaterial as its gonna be different for each of us.

Make up a dummy round and figure out what your chamber dimentions are and seat bullet starting at .007-.010 off rifling and try it.

DT, to start out... try hornady 40gr v-max  with 13gr lil'gun  @ 1.850"
as these hornets are known for shoot'n dang near anathin ya feed'um.
ya don't havta get technical with tha hornet. it'll shoot factory stuff jus fine i've heard ::) .
 
tolerance of accuracy is within most folks abillity.
this load works in every hornet i own.... many different brands and all are close to this
