I saw this news article, this has special meaning to me, I'd been burnt back in the 1990's, some scaring (not aweful) I have some restricted range of motion, I never knew such tech existed pluse its a neat story.
Some may disparage the idea of Military Doctors doing this sort of program, but this is good practice for our Military Dr's and it lets the rest the world experence positive side to the USA.

VINH, VIETNAM (NNS) -- A three year-old Vietnamese burn victim's life has been changed after Vietnamese health officials and Pacific Partnership 2012 (PP12) doctors worked together to provide the girl with surgery to increase mobility.
