I figured it was a hunter practicing when I first saw the article a couple of weeks ago, and was surprised that the wildlife people with the state didn't figure that out right away. Instead they made it seem like some odd occurrence that required deeper explanation.
If I had a goat hunt coming up, I'd be out there every day doing something like that to be in good condition for the hunt.
I hope the guy gets his goat. That'll be a tremendous accomplishment as a bow hunter. I see stuff like that and I think I might want to give bow hunting a try.
