Friendswood Bullet Co.

I ordered 2000 .357 bullets from Friendswood Bullet Co. recently. They emailed me with the tracking info on the 17th and I have not received them and the tracking shows nothing. Anyone here have any dealings with this company? I beleive the bullets were shipped but wonder if it's a USPS snafu in TX?

I bought a box of 500 a few years back. They woked well and I received them in a timely manner.

I emailed Friendswood and left a message and a phone number. I called USPS and got an automated tracking search that told me to contact the shipper. USPS tracking is very lacking compared to UPS.

I finally was able to speak with USPS customer service. I was told the package was not shipped. I got an email response from Friendswood and was told the package was shipped and they would make it right.

I had a local dealer order some powder that disappeared some where along the way and had to be reshipped. This time with insurance and tracking. Someone along the way who reloads figures out whats in the box and makes it disappear from the delivery truck and reappear on their loading bench. Had the same problem with USPS. These disappearing acts can be accomplished with a magical computer. Really aggravating.

I'm retired from the USPS and not only do I know their tracking sucks, I know why it sucks. >:(

Update:  The USPS actually received them on the 31st and they arrived today. I pulled a few of the bullets out and they looked good.
