Maybe your front sight is too tall? What is your POI at 25 yards and 50 yards?
I don't know if you sights are attached with screws or brazed or dovetailed. IF screws or dovetail you can probably buy a shorter front sight from Brownells or H&R or Numrich. If brazed probably gotta live with what you got.
I have had this issue with the blade type front sight on several Handis and I just file down the front sight, very slowly while at the range, an check this "adjustment" by shooting the gun. When I get the height I want I dress up my "handi-work" by using a black touch up pen. I also file a small notch on the top/back of the front sight and put a drop of orange paint there for a Profino fire sight.
