I rode the bike up Hwy 4 through Jemez Springs this weekend. Rain makes the rock really red. The others are of the burn scars from last year's fires at Fenton Lake and up from Valles Caldera.

When I lived in Alamogordo, I got drawn for Elk up there and we went up and spent a week hunting on horse back.

What Is A Veteran?
A 'Veteran' -- whether active duty, discharged, retired, or reserve -- is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to 'The United States of America,' for an amount of 'up to, and including his life.' That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country today who no longer understand that fact.

The rangers said that the grass that's growing there could cause the elk to breed more--- more tags in the future, maybe!
