That's a heck of a buy, I paid that much just for a used barrel for my TDC turkey gun!!

It's a Truglo Tru Point Xtreme which isn't made any more apparently, but they have a similar current model. They've worked fine so far after a few dozen shots, I used purple loctite on both just in case tho, nothing more frustratin than loose sights!  :-X

quickdtoo, i,ll start looking for a set to try,i have scopes on my other turkey guns, a set of sights would be alot better than just a bead for sighting on a turkeys neck/head at 30-40 yds. eastbank.

I've called in and shot quite a few turkeys in the nearly 20yrs I've been huntin them, but some are a lot more memorable than most all the others.  ;) We don't have a lot of turkeys here, so the few that we encounter are always special.

thanks,

Tim

i do like the light weight of the H#R,s,i hope it will shoot the federal flitecontrol shells. the two oz,s of copper plated buffeted 6.s are sure killers at 40yds in my other turkey guns,i have found they don,t like the real tight chokes.. eastbank.
