i saw this and tried to figure out what it all meant in the scheme of things
why do the different groups have such a different take
and yes it should be easy to profile me useing this  information

[/color]QUESTION: Florida’s “Stand Your Ground” law states that a person is justified to use deadly force to defend themselves if they reasonably believe that such force is necessary to prevent imminent death, great bodily harm or to prevent the commission of a forcible felony.  A citizen has no duty to retreat and if it is determined that their use of force was justified they are immune from criminal prosecution and civil action.

The “Stand Your Ground” law does not apply if the victim initially provokes the use of force or if they are involved in a felony crime.

What I'm NOT sure of is what all that run together pile of stuff is supposed to mean.

I do know that I support the law as written both in FL and here in Bama. The most basic of rights a person is born with is the right to defend themselves against predators whether two or four legged. When a people allow that right to be taken from them they cease to be citizens and become subjects.
