Hi James, made me think about fishing with my Dad in lake Ontario (greece area)in the 70's, my first deer taken near "painted post" township below Rochester, lots of incredible woods and water up your way, look forward to your posts.  Jeff

       By "down there"..I meant down in the south EAST corner of NY...where everything is concrete or blacktop..  The rest of NY is beautiful... and different from the SE corner.  I like especially, the Finger Lakes area..

ironglow I agree, when I was doing alarm systems we were installing a fire alarm in an autozone just outside the city. I got talking to a couple plumbers about hunting and when i told them where i was from they said "up there in Gods country."
