Nice pistola there...
I have a Fastfire on a .45 acp 1911, and it works well, with over 1K of rounds thru it. Using this rig, I have noticed my over-all shooting accuracy has improved. Not much difference from good iron sights under ideal conditions, when the light is good, and the target well defined. But when conditions are less then ideal, that 4moa red dot really makes hitting faster and more accurate, at least for me. I have hunted with big bore revolvers for years, and usually do Ok with irons at reasonable ranges, but have found my Redhawk with a Ultra Dot red dot sight really maximizes my accuracy and speed, at least out to 100 yards. If you are going to use an optic on a big bore semi or revolver, for normal hunting ranges, a good red dot of some type is the way to go. I seldom use my scoped revolvers it seems, and save the magnified optics for use on my Contenders, where it makes sense to take advantage of their longer range capabilities.
