The dumbing down that has been going on for years is now in full bloom. You dont have to look any farther than what some people call president.

This is a case of a liberal trying to rationalize a situation that he has to deal with and can't just blame it on someone else (Bush).  Some things don't fit nicely into law and at some point have to be terminated.  In the case of muslim terrorists, the sooner they are terminated the better.
