This is why the system will collapse
« on: August 27, 2012, 01:22:59 PM »

Read this if you will, it is rather long. It explains why the system is going to collapse anyway, and Obama or Romney really has nothing to do with it, they are both Keynesians. There was only one candidate that was austrian and the people did not understand. When the economy does collapse, you will need to know that an unloved group has been predicting it and they understand exactly why. You can even read their academia and understand yourself, but few will. Mises.org is free and makes available free books, articles and podcasts. In 1928, Mises made the case that both socialism and a mixed economy, as we have in the US, were economically unsustainable. He was right on socialism and will be right on the other.

You can say vote for Romney or the other one will destroy the country but this is rather juvenile considering the whole picture. I don't know which one is worse, but I suspect Obama. Anyway, elect Romney and the republicans will be blamed, meaning capitalism will be blamed; capitalism which we have not had since the Federal Reserve and the New Deal. If Obama is elected, socialism will be blamed, which is partially correct and good. I expect deterioration to begin next year and accelerate.

Good read Gary. Hopefully others will read this, too.

I certainly hope so I think it will be interesting and fun.

Yes, good article. Isn't that how it always is when the keynesians, socialists, and marxists ideas fail. Its never their ideas that fail, they claim they just didn't do enough it.

I agree on his statement about the church. The church is at fault because they have kept silent all these years, afraid to offend, and sat on their duffs when it came time to vote. Its taboo for Pastors to speak out against government and its economic failures. Well its to darn late now, the games over. I and a close friend at work have often talked about how things could be different if the church would have stuck together, had a voice, and voted for what is right, but no they remained silent. As the article states, they have nothing to say.

I'd like to see some of the pro Keynesians give their thoughts on this.
