Supply side is the only method which works.. How often does a poor person hire any substantial number of employees?
Our problems today are not because govt doesn't take in enough taxes..it is because what they do get..they spend completely foolishly.. A link was posted in this thread showing 30 ways the government has chosen to spend our tax money. If they would stop that wasteful, stupid SPENDING..they wouldn't have to tax anybody more..in fact, they could reduce taxes..THAT would stimulate the economy.. Here's the 30 stupid projects:
