Huge cannon and military toy collection, mostly cannons and related, in an estate in 2009. There are four videos all with same title, but all show different stuff, this link is only for the first one. The stuff was all sold off in late 2009, all sold privately, no advertising other than word-of-mouth. This is is the largest collection of such items I've ever seen or heard of, in terms of numbers of cannon and cannon-related items anyway. There were over 30 Winchester 10 gauge cannons (original) there. All I got out of it was the thing I wanted most, the mahogony and brass working model of the Navy 5-inch/38 gun, since it was an "official" model and I collect those. Of course I wanted more stuff but it "wasn't in the cards" and is way too long a story to tell.

Cannonman, I happen to know where a 5" deck gun is, but I think the folks at King's Point Merchant Marine Acedemy might just take exception to someone trying to load it into your trunk. I know it didn't fit in mine. Frank
