Insert a cleaning rod down the muzzle all the way into and thru the stuck case. Then attach a bore brush slightly larger than the inside of the stuck case Pull the bore brush up into the stuck case firmly, once it is inside try pushing the stuck case out.
I would apply some Kroil or penetrating oil in the chamber first and let it seep around the stuck case for awhile.

Take a pice of  fence brace wire about 8ga flatten the end , grind the end to a slite curve then bend the end at a close 90 degree. Bend the other end to form a handle slide it into the chamber hook the front of the shell and pull. It worked for Me.

If the previous technique does not work, remove the stock and put the barrel and action in a freezer.  Leave it a day.  As the barrel chamber contracts, the chamber walls will recede slightly (making it a few thousandths larger) and you may be able to tap it out using the techique described above.  I had a smith do this for me once when I pulled the case head off a loaded 7 mag cartridge.

Be very careful putting steel objects in your chamber you are very likely to scratch the steel of the chamber. I usually try the suggestions already made and most often the recalcitrant case comes out. If it doesn't make a chisel in the shape of a cape chisel from bronze welding rod. Hammered to shape and filed sharp it can easily be driven between the case and the chamber wall without scratching the chamber. The case is lifted or collapsed inward relieving the grip it has on the chamber.. Works every time where you have easy access to the rear of the chamber.
