where to buy?

Where do you fellows get hardcast 240 or 250 grain hardcast bullets for your .44 Specials?  I ain't in to casting bullets at home, although I have reloading equipment to load store-bought bullets.   Just can't seem to find any.

I buy Lyman 429421 Keith cast bullets made by an Alabama casting outfit called Magnus. You can buy them direct or thru GBO Sponsor Midsouth Shooter's Supply. I've done both. I'm loading them with 7.8 grains of Unique a slight change from the Skeeter Skelton load which he actually got from Elmer Keith.

Try Missouri Bullet Co.  Have a friend who swears by the and shipping is very reasonable as the use the Post Office mail boxes, the ones that are "If it fits We Ship"  This is a very resonable rate.  I'm going to try them when I run low on .357s and .44s

I have used Leadheads for several years. When I get bullets a couple times the owner called to ask if they worked well . Nice touch .

I currently buy all my cast bullets from Missouri Bullets. Good prices on good bullets, low cost fast shipping. Haven't bought any .44 lately, but have ordered 10s of 1000s of 9mm/.40/.45. Haven't got a bad bullet yet.
