Where do you mount a bi-pod
« on: February 08, 2004, 08:46:42 AM »
Where do you guys put your bi-pods? Out near the end of the forearm, back towards the frame or somwhere in between? I currently have only one sling stud near the end of the forearm. My forend is free floated with 5/32" rubber washers between the barrel and the forearm.
Hi NSA! Can you see how many fingers I am holding up?

I think it would be best to just attach the bipod to the sling stud that is already in place!
Most bipods have a place to attach the sling and just continue as you normally would!
I personally don't see a need for a second sling stud!

I mount mine near the end. Never had any accuracy problems doing this. Probably because the rifle sets the same way every time.   KN
