40% more and the oligarch will be toast. The young intelligent are in support and will grow, while the disenfranchised majority will slowly see what is happening to them and fade.

The intelligent young and the old disenfranchised are hard pressed to make a future with the financial climate created by the Republicans, no start up ability by the young; Democrat, tax away earnings. Those loyal to the old Republican party are likely to be earning from thier standard operateing proceedure or just plain too scared to support someone that truely represents thier beliefs for fear of ending up worse off. I believe the growth of the intelligent young and the disenfranchised will grow but I don't know if it will be fast enough. ear

We're talking about the past here.  That is bemoaning history and the turns it takes.  Let's look to the future and see what we can do to correct whatever we believe to be wrong..

The candle has been lit. That is why the young people of America so strongly support the efforts of Ron Paul. He lit the candle in some of us old folk also! ;) The young are the future, and there is no going back for them. They don't wear the blinders  most of our generation do, and they don't like what dribble they hear coming from either side.We "The old generation" are the problem (Democrat and Republican), and they want a solution.

The old democrat and Republican party stink to high heaven! There is nothing in either for the next generation.

Freedom Of Speech.....Once we lose it, every other freedom will follow.

I'm done with the communist of both parties. At this point it's clear to me the republicans are even worse than the dumocraps on the issue of FREEDOM in AMERICA.

I had intended to hold my nose and vote for Mitt but no more. I will write in Ron Paul and to hell with both of the two communist parties that are the same and are run by the same people. I'm not again going to vote for anyone from either major party until some third party becomes a major party.

I agree with you 100% Graybeard. The question is do we support going in the same downward path with either party, or do we withdraw our support of the whole corrupt system. I choose the latter.

What difference will it make? none

So I will do what seems right and moral to me.

My perspective is that Romney and the republican establishment are even more of a danger than the illegal now in office. Vote as you wish that is your right. I will not vote for either a republican or democrap. I'm done with both parties.

Ron Paul voted in favor of bankrupting the arms and ammunition companies.

Ron Paul voted in favor of removing parental rights concerning abortion on underage girls.

when the republicans in the house pledged to stop ear-marks. Ron Paul chose to side with the democrats and continue ear-marks to pay for political favors.

when Ron Paul makes his stirring speeches about freedom etc. he waits until the house chamber is empty to  speak.

so how is Ron Paul different from any other politician??
