Anybody know if the bore diameter is dedicated to the LR or the Magnum round? Im not too sure why the 17 convertibles were canceled and then this was released. I was hoping for a 25/20 at one time but Hamilton Bowen cured that.

It is a .22 mag only like the Single Ten is a .22LR only.
From that I would infer the barrel should be optimized for the rounds the two are chambered for but have seen nothing from Ruger to say that.
