Hasan will get his day in court. The Colonel defending him was ordered to do so and ordered to do the best he can. The UCMJ and Manual for court martials are there for a reason. It's just going to take some time.
 
Regardless of Hasan's faith he will be held accountable in this world.

  i got no tolerance for scumbags like this.  or the scumbag that killed 3 little girls i knew recently. 

  yes, i'll volunteer for the killing of these scumbags and disposal of their bodies.  and i will be sure to do it in the most appauling way to these scum that perpetrate these horrible crimes.     

 hassan....i'd just wheel him into a hog pen with a bunch of hogs and let them take care of him.   and i'd video tape it.   and put it out there for the rest of the would be murdurous scum to see what fate awaits them if they try the same stunt.   

 and it's got nothing to do with their religion.  going solely off of their deeds.  but i would use their beliefs to punish them.
