H&R one piece scope mount/rings

Hello all,

I did use the search engine, but could not find anything about the H&R one piece scope mount/ring. PN 72924

Has anyone used these? If so, how did they work?

They look inviting, but look like they mount the scope high.

My other option would be the Leupold mount and Burris medium rings.

I need to finally scope the old H&R after many years. the old eyes are not working like they did

I am going to mount a Leupold 1X4 I pickup up cheap last year.

Any help would be appreciated.

 I have not seen one of the H&R bases either, BUT I do have a DEADNUTZ base who I believe makes it for H&R.  They are very good quality, but most find it too tall for good ergonomics. More simply, higher than it needs to be..

Personally most of my handi's use LO RINGS!!!  This requires a handi friendly scope, but a number of popular models fit very well. Excellent choice with the 1x4 Leupy!!  This will easily mount on a stock base in LO rings!

Welcome!! I just mounted a Leupy 1-4x in low Burris Zee rings on an IronSighter base on my 50-140 Sharps BC, low rings are all I'll use when I have a choice.  I tried one of the Tally one-pc bases when Cabelas had them on closeout, it's similar to the Deadnutz/Game Reaper/H&R ring mount, it's waaaay too high for my tastes, I sent it back.
