this should be a decent deer year at least in the UP. Weve seen more rack bucks this year crop damage shooting then i think ive seen in the last 5 years combined.

It's looking pretty good down here also, albeit the timing of the rut is supposted to be from Oct. 25th to Nov 2nd.  This could make things a little quiet on opening day of rifle season, but bow hunters will probably have a lot of dummies around their stands.  hehe
