PM you forgot to mention about gasoline being five bucks a gallon and fuel oil near the same under the Bushwhacker just before he blew up the economy I know I was driving a lot back then. And the little old ladies in California that couldn't pay their $1800 a month electric bills because of the Bushwhackers political shenanigans. Oh and just encase you haven't read the headlines lately the Iraq war is over for us. But Bushy boy destabilizing the mideast who knows what can happen now, especially if Mitt the Bankster gets elected?

Interesting link! Gives the lie to certain claims made here. It also seems to indicate that it was local phenomenom, and doesn't give any facts regarding the time length involved.

Fact is the world market sets the gas price . Now to brass tacks what did Bush do that had as much public out cry as the HCA. More Americans want it over turned than want to keep it , apples to apples ?

So why are 20 or more states considering the public option as allowed by the HCA? Vermont just created a public option; other states are going to.
