« on: September 30, 2012, 03:10:32 AM »
  Sure enough Paul Ryan; many of us here are "bitter clingers" too!  Here is a 1 minute video showing the different views of.. "Guns & Bibles"..Obama vs Ryan;

  Important;  pass it on to your hunting, shooting & Christian friends.  It's a good reminder..

Ryan has mentioned several times his "support of sportsmen and their shooting". Where has he mentioned "2nd Amendment Rights"? Many politicians support "shooting sports" but do not like the 2nd Amendment. THEY ARE NOT THE SAME!
That is exactly what he was talking about in this clip. Let's see the real meat on his platform.
Ryan voted yes to closing gun show loop holes, and yes to background checks for people selling guns to each other.

I agree with that. I think the word has gotton around to hunters by now that he is one of us in that regard at least. That was important, but the 2nd Amendment is more so, I think it is time to push that message. His record indicates it should not be a problem.

Dee, thanks for letting us know that. It is none of the gov. business if I sell a gun to an individual.

He handgun hunts, seldom is a handgun hunter anti 2nd Amendment in any way, very odd mix.

He looked good here:  http://www.ontheissues.org/House/Paul_Ryan.htm

No doubt, his record on protectiong the Second Amendment is better than Romney, or Obama! He has voted against it on a couple of ocassions.He voted for mandatory background checks at gun shows.How pro Second is that?(I see Dee beat me to it)

That said........He isn't running! Romney and Obama are, and neither are friends of us gun owners.The fact that all three are followers of one world government should tell us they would take every gun in the private sector away in a heartbeat given any excuse.

As an American, who has served his country, and believes in the Constitution I cannot vote for anyone I suspect would ignore it.None of the above pass my test, and thats the important one for me when the polls open.

If this discription makes me a (BITTER CLINGER) as one who believes in the Constitution (ALL OF IT) Then so be it. I RESEMBLE THAT REMARK

  I find it interesting where you have two people rated "A" by the NRA and yet there are subtil differences;

  While Ron Paul is very good in his standards, he surprises me that "on the issues" reports he  voted;
        NO on prohibiting gun "misuse" lawsuits against gun manufacturers
        NO on prohibiting suits against dealers for gun "misuse".
        NO on shortening gun purchase waiting periods from 3 days to 1.
      http://www.ontheissues.org/ron_paul.htm

   Surprisingly, according to "on the issues", Ryan voted YES on these three issues;
   YES, on prohibiting lawsuits for "misuse" against manufacturers
    YES, on prohibiting "misuse" lawsuits against sellers.
     YES, on shortening 3 day waiting to 1 day.
  http://www.ontheissues.org/House/Paul_Ryan.htm/

   I'm not saying one is better than the other, since both have an "A" rating...I am just wondering why excoriate one over the other?
   ...Especially when they both rate very well with the NRA..

            You apparently claim that Romney, Obama & Ryan are followers of an organization called "One World Government".  I would like to find out more about that organization..can you provide us with an address, either a postal address or an E-mail?   How about a place where we can acquire some of their brochures?
   You didn't mention Biden..is he one of them too?

Biden favor a One World Government?  I doubt he can even count that high. ;D ;D

on topic,  no gun loving person should let the opportunity go by to get Paul Ryan in line to be president after Romneys second term.

I didn't apparently claim anything. I made a statement that I feel is true.If you disagree that's fine with me. If you want to find out more about that Org, then I suggest you spend less time trying to hijack, disrupt threads and trying to draw people into your little flame wars. Try  doing your own research. Or better still.........Try following the rules for posting on GB.If you have anything else to say to me on a personal level, do it in a PM.
