Updated today at 10:06 AM       WASHINGTON (AP) — Convicted D.C. sniper Lee Boyd Malvo says in a newspaper interview that seeing the reaction of a victim's husband made him feel like "scum."
 
Malvo expresses remorse in an interview with The Washington Post (wapo.st/SrLk9I) published Sunday. Tuesday marks the 10th anniversary of the beginning of the deadly spree in the Washington area carried by Malvo and John Allen Muhammad. The pair has been linked to 27 shootings across the country, including 10 fatal attacks in the Washington area.
Malvo tells the Post that the devastated reaction from victim Linda Franklin's husband stands out in his memory of the rampage. Franklin was killed outside a Home Depot in northern Virginia.
 
Describing how he felt when he saw the man's face right after the shooting, Malvo says: "You feel like the worst piece of scum on the planet."
Malvo is serving a life sentence with no parole in Virginia.

Life without parole is too good for this guy.  In the Middle East there is a procedure called "Death By A Thousand Cuts".  Sounds appropirate to me for this guy.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe malvo and the other scum were described as recent converts to islam. I wonder if he's still proud of that?? POWDERMAN.
