DAN. Well said Sir. I would like to point out a few facts to support my statement. 3,000 Americans murdered, trade towers gone, pentagon hit, another plane load of Americans murdered, all by muslims. Malvo and friend, so called snipers, recent islam converts. Fragging incident by AMERICAN soldier directed at officers, another recent convert to islam. Yesterday a UNITED STATES Natl guard soldier was chayrged with attempting to sell military info to al queda, ANOTHER convert to islam. Then of course there were the AMERICAN men at gitmo charged with aiding al queda, more islamists. How about johny jihad? He went to pakistan to study TRUE islam, he found it and turned traitor as did many others. THese are just incidents involving us. Worldwide the slaughter by these Godless wonders, numbers in the thousands, now they are killing their own, call it a cleansing of the gene pool. I could change my sig to read, RADICAL islam, but it wouldn't change things as I see no difference, one leads to the other. POWDERMAN.

Why can you not see it is the genocide of the Palestinians that is fuelling the hatred of America.If you want to see it go the west bank and gaza it is appalling what the Israelis with their american supplied weapons and unquestioning political support are doing to these people. As for the way muslims live personaly I do not like but it is their business to live as they wish.But at least I will say one thing in their favour and that is that you will never see two men getting married in a muslim country. As for the treatment of women I notice that in Afghanistan they are free to dress as they please yet most choose to wear Burcas.In France They have banned islamic scarves jewish skullcaps and large crosses in schools, yet the islamic girls are the most vocal in claiming their rights are being infringed,what I can only conclude is they are content with the rules of their religon,and do not wish to be liberated [sic].Maybe that is the crux of the problem,perhaps before we go liberating people we should enquire if they wish to be liberated.And if we are going to send our soldiers to die let it be for something useful.

CROSSBOW. Sorry, but I feel no sorrow for a people who encourage their young people to murder jewish babies and school children. I do feel sorry for the young palestinians who have been lied to all their life. They are told that allah will reward them for murdering innocents just because they are Jews. They are told that allah will take them straight to heaven where 72 virgins will be at their beck and call. There is but one God, and he's not telling those people to murder Jew babies and children. It is their following of a warrior named mohamed, he was no prophet, just a self appointed leader of his own cult. Since saddams money dried up there have been fewer bombings against Israeli civilians. Money has been a big part of it. Achmed was being rewarded with up to $100,000 from various sources for sending his young sons to their death, it was profitable for many of them. I sell my children at NO price. These young palestinians willingly give their life to murder Jews expecting to go to heaven. Imagine their horror when they open their eyes in hell. God, the real one, does not reward murderers for killing children just because they are Jewish. I used to feel sorry for them, no more, they get what they deserve. POWDERMAN.

Powderman,I will make one last reply on this subject and then I am back to cap and ball revolvers.First the palestinians lived on that land for 2000 years and bothered nobody.In the 1920s the jews decided that this was going to be their zionist homeland they invaded the country in mass and drove the palestinians out of their homes [there are currently four million palestinian refugees] Israel has ignored all UN resolutions on this matter and in fact has started building a wall pushing farther into arab land.The Palestinians are a doomed people with no country no prospects and no future the suicide bombing is a sympton of their desperation.Almost every day Israel launches air strikes on refugee camps [which is a war crime under the Geneva convention].Now the problem America has got into is this,It has armed and financed Israel.It has blocked all reasonable UN resolutions that would give hope to the Palestinians of a future.The reason muslims are attacking America is that muslims are required by their religon to help their oppressed brothers,this is the concept of Jihad the action depends on how the individual views it , some may decide on humanitarion aid and others may decide to take the fight to the enemy.America by unconditionally backing Israel has picked a fight with Islam, in theory at least. Now I care not a jot for Israel or the Arabs and my view is to keep out of it and let them fight it out among themselves and back neither of them.But if I get killed by one of them at least I will know what it was all about.

The cause of Islam's dislike of the US is our irrational and unquestioning support of Israel. When Palestenian see the remnants of the bombs that kill their civilians, and see that these bombs are made in the US, they don't have to look far to see who their second greatest enemy is.

If you want to see what a great ally Israel is to the US, look up the website by the survivors of the Liberty, the US ship that Israel attacked, and murdered many members of the crew during the 1968 War.

GENTLEMEN. I fear we will have to agree to disagree on this issue.If the palestinians want to see the Israeli tanks go home, quit blowing up Jew babies and civilians, they are only digging themselves a deeper grave.
CAP AND BALL. I checked a little flea market today for old felt hats, etc. They had just sold 4 a few days ago but believe they will be ablet o find more, WADS, here I come. Another guy gave me a lead on some beesewax that I'll follow up on. Am going with a buddy to a big gun shop in LOU in the morning. Can't really afford to buy anything but I sure can look and drool. I'm recovering from torn muscles and a broken rib , re injured after Bypass surgery 5 months ago. I went back to work too soon, now I'm paying for it. Eventually I WILL get everything together to shoot my new pistol, am looking forward to making some REAL SMOKE. I paid $4 for some #10 caps yesterday, is that about right? POWDERMAN.

I hear people tell me why the muslims hate us, and frankly I fear that's a bunch of hogwash! They hate us for what we represent. They fear openness and modernity. I lucked out today and found a good used CVA flask with a 30 gr dropper for $10 incl tax. They only had sgl cav molds so I'll probably wait and order one. At $8 a hundred I passed on the wads, and I have beesewax on the way. Slowly but surely, I will make smoke. POWDERMAN.

Hmmmmn...... The Palestinians use Uberti's, and the Israeli's use Pietta's right? No, wait, it's the other way around, right? Darn, I should know this. My CVA 1858 is marked ASM (Armi San Marco), Am I an Infidel? This thread is giving me a headache. Anyway, I have the round CVA flask with the 30 grain spout and have never seen the need to change the load, .454 ball over fffg, pyrodex, and 777 all are accurate in my gun.

Christ was a healer. He never killed anybody. Neither did his disciples. Mohammed spread Islam at the point of a sword. When he died there was a dispute as to who should take over as head of the religion. One of the likely leaders was then assassinated. That started a trend that continues today. I am not sure what I think about Isreal. The Jews think God promised the land to them. They figure they waited 2000 years to begin to get their land back. Many conservative Christians agree. The Palistineans think God wants them to have the land. People have been fighting over that "holy land" for all of history.

Oh, by the way, I have a couple Pietti Remingons I got from Cabelas some years back. I tried loading .457 balls once and broke a loading ram. I ordered a replacement from Dixie Gun Works. I don't know who makes the replacement, but it was better than the original ram.

I had literally gone nuts trying to find pure wool felt. I finally went to a large fabric shop and got the 100% wool felt. They also had some that was 80% wool and 20% cotton, that would have probably done ok too. Now all I need is some reasonably priced round balls. I aint paying some of these crazy prices. Then, a dc 454 mold. POWDERMAN. :-)
