We know who she pledges allegiance to.   :D
Study after study has shown how dangerous distracted driving is yet people continue to talk on their cell phones while driving. Driving in the U.S. requires your full attention. Many states and countries have made it illegal to use a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle and the federal government should follow their lead. Banning the use of cell phones while driving would have the added benefit of making the no-texting law enforceable.

She has a perfect right to refuse. It's called freedom of speech.

Nothing for anyone to get their panties in a wad about. I wonder what would have been said if she was a republican?

Then she would be called a neocon.   ;D

My question wasn't "what she would be called". It was what would have been said in the article if she was a republican instead of a democrat. Quite a bit of difference in there.

The Republicans have there MANY problems, but we likely will never know because they would state the pledge. The Libby Dems are a special class of hate America folks.

Well then Bret Bart wouldn't cover it because it's not really about that she is disloyal, the article's intent is to suggest that Republicans are more loyal than Democrats. Therefore, vote for the Israel-first, America-last candidate Romney.   :D

hairy. Republicans ARE more loyal to America, thats pretty well a given. Any American refusing to say the Pledge of allegience, or to salute the flag is no American at all, just a resident. Folks like that would NOT be welcome in my home. POWDERMAN.  :o :o

My country, right or wrong, powderman?  Isn't that sort of like Germans in 1939?

But I'm not surprised at the legislator. Typical behavior expected of an Israel-Firster.  Just more honest.

No, in Germany in 1939 the affiliations of Democrat and Republican were erased.  There was no more divide and conquer. The people became Germans.

Like Rio Grande says, at least she is honest.  The others pledge, but then break the pledge.  I would rather know up front.  Definitely.   :D
