It's not a civil rights issue, or even an agenda seeking "equality" or "diversity" issue, which has evil connotations in itself.  It's a biological issue and public safety issue.  We need to protect our people from this tuberculosis that is spreading and infecting our young people.

Study after study has shown how dangerous distracted driving is yet people continue to talk on their cell phones while driving. Driving in the U.S. requires your full attention. Many states and countries have made it illegal to use a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle and the federal government should follow their lead. Banning the use of cell phones while driving would have the added benefit of making the no-texting law enforceable.

Unfortunately, the Boy Scouts were in violation of the law by not disclosing the information to police.  The story isn't really about how good the Boy Scouts were in 'monitoring' their scoutmasters for the kid's safety.  Why do you spin it that way?  It is actually quite the opposite.  Like the Catholic Church, the Boy Scouts are covering up and protecting their pedophiles.  Why don't they come forth so the offenders are prosecuted?
