Who's trying to buy the presidency? Your Obama has raised nearly $1,000,000,000.  Yes, that's a billion dollars.... Romney didn't cause those companies to fail, he bought them and made them whole again.  Yep, some people lost their jobs, that sucks.  But if he wouldn't have come in and made the hard decisions ALL of the employees would have lost their jobs....  You liberals can't have it both ways, even though you try soooo hard...  The decisions that are needed to save this country are not easy, and I will guarantee you one thing, Obama will not make those decisions, but Romney has the stones to do it...

How is energy independence a credible statement from romney's 5 pt plan. He wants to kill mpg limits set in motion, we wants to kill funding for renewables across the board, so how is that inline with his claims. My suspicion is he will hydro frac our way to I dependence, which means we'll all be looking for clean drinking water in the next 10 years.  My money is on the ext WWIII being for water not oil.

Typical lefty scare tactics again. Fracking has been going on for a hundred years. They are Fracking the heck out of North Dakota right now. You show me where their drinking water is being affected. Try going out there and tell the people who live in ND what they are doing isn't a possitive for their economy, boom-town. The reason Romney wants to cut funding for solar and wind is because it's snake oil right now. Your Obama has spent billions in it and has nothing, NOTHING to show for it... Inefficient and way too expensive to be cost effective being that we have coal, natural gas and oil for the next several hundred years right here.

Modern hydro framing is only about a decade old. There. Plenty of evidence of found water contamination in PA. Not hard to believ since they pump solvents of all sorts directly into the ground, if you think it's safe, I'd be happy to ship you a gallon to serve your friends and loved ones. I've walked these fields personally, and have seen the chemical injection pumps, so please don't preach.


Also, wind is at parity with coal and much safer. If you don't think so, talk to the families of coal miners who die every year, and families who live in the wake of asbestos and air pollution from the last 100 years.




Solar is almost at grid parity without subsidy and needs subsidy to keep the development and cost reduction continuing. Oil gets billions in tax breAks they don't need.

Ask people on fixed incomes in ND how well they like  the oil boom. Everything from house rent to groceries have had huge price increases because of all the oil workers having money to throw around. Their peaceful small towns are now shanty towns with alarming crime rates.

Romney apparently is not allowed to change his mind.  I had flown through Dallas a few times and thought Texans were the rudest people in the world, but then when we started our adoption, and met Texans from other parts of the state, I CHANGED MY MIND about Texas. great people.
Romney finally got out of Mass. and saw what it could be like with a country-wide constituency and changed his mind.
