Conetrol mounts - opinions?

Looking for feedback on the Conetrol "Huntur" fixed base/ring setup. Are the stable?

.........Just wanted to let you know your post was seen and I can't comment on the Huntur bases...the only Conetrol's I have ever used were the old smooth streamlined three peice rings and stud mount bases several years ago.....I've had such good luck with Redfield and LEupold bases and steel Weaver style with Burris rings that I haven't tried any more Conetrols......the old ones were well made if difficult to get together........good luck and good shooting!!

I have some of the older ones also.  Not better looking mount made but a complete pain to install correctly.
