[/size]padlocked by one of these firms without so much as a court order alowing them to do so.

[/size]These people are betting on the fact that the people they go after can not come up with
[/size]the money to hire an attourney to fight back. Now there are some good lawyers out there,
[/size]but this economy has been a field day for the ambulance chasers. And in this sue happy
[/size]society it isn't to difficult to have this happen to you for any number of reasons .
[/size]Just driving down the road minding your own business , then getting into a switch and bait
[/size]situation is one thing that is on the rise in this state. And the settlement can end up being
[/size]astronomical .

[/size]Sexual harassment is another one, and if you think there are not women out there cruseing
[/size]for one of these you are very wrong. Especially if you are a police officer who is only performing
[/size]a routine traffic stop. Nurses are becoming another problem in this, just because she may be an
[/size]angel of mercy doesn't make her an angel. Firefighters are also at risk, because a lot of times
[/size]they have to come in contact with the people they are helping and so do paramedics.
