a politician in chicago(where else but the kenyan-in-chief's state?) has introduced a bill for a "bullet tax" on every round of ammo to combat gang crime. never knew gang-bangers were such upstanding tax-payin' citizens but i guess in chi-town they are. for what it's worth & have a good'en friends, bubba.
