sights for rounb bbl. 12 ga H@R

 My grandson plans to do his first deer hunting this yr,,wants to use his H@R12 not borrow something from me- Does anyone make a glue on/clamp on sight,at least a rear? Tried the "search this site" option already; figured I'd ask- this would be the place to find out. Thanks in advance!

Tru Glo has a universal sight that sticks on with double face tape.
