Terrible Timing

Took my one of my boys back to college today and saw a "candy store" I'd never noticed before.  Broke as I am, I went in anyway.  Behold a Versi-Pack, with case, and a short scope rail.  OTD price you ask?





$200
I want it for me and my little one.  Shop owner has put it in the back for a week for me.  I hope it all works out.

Great stroke of luck Redleg. I had some myself. Found an 357 mag talo for $199. Will pick it up tomorrow. NIB but missing a front sight screw. Shouldn't be a problem.

I'd say that's good.  I'd eventually like an 18" 357 added to the barrel list.

That's a great price, I purchased a set from a member here for $260+FFL fees.
A little high, but I couldn't find one in a store at a great price like some lucky guy. ;) ;D

Now I'm thinking...what is the difference between the Versa and the Combo rimfire barrel?  Sights and the ejector/extractor difference?

It depends on the combo.  If it's a rimfire and rifle caliber (Hi Pressure ex. .223, .308, etc.), it would be on an SB2 frame, other wise it would be on an SB1 frame (rimfire/shotgun combo).  Check the following link, for additional info:

I guess he put it back out :(. Called today to say I would be by on Monday and someone else picked it up.  Oh well, there is a 20/22 combo at a more local store.
