This crime dwarfs Watergate and Iran-Contra..
« on: October 24, 2012, 07:11:17 AM »
The news today seems to prove that the Prez and administration KNEW  within 2 hours that the Benghazi consulate was under terrorist attack.
The fact that they chose to lie and blame it on some obscure video maker..rather than upon terrorists ..  This is a scandal of the first magnatude:
      http://www.reuters.com/article/2012/10/24/us-usa-benghazi-emails-idUSBRE89N02C20121024

At least, nobody died from Watergate or Iran-contra!!
Next day after the attack, four American bodies went to the morgue..while the president went to Vegas..

The Obama voters ought to be proud:  http://www.drudgereport.com/

This is a non-issue. No crime was committed. If you want to blame somebody, blame the Republican congress that refused to allocate the money to upgrade the security at the embassies. Iran-Contra? No casualties? Seriously? You obviously don't count the Nicaraguans killed by the guns nor the Americans who were buying the tons of cocaine Ronnie's CIA smuggled into the US to pay for those guns. Watergate? The worst violation of rights in the history of the country until GW got 'em to pass the Homeland Security law? And the right wants to compare these black marks in the history of the country (by Republicans, of course) to a manufactured nitpick "issue" over whether the president knew the Benghazi incident was a terrorist act or not? Ridiculous!
If you give up, THEY don't have to win.

Too much far left wing male bovine feces to just leave. Answers in order below quoted text.
1) This is a non-issue. No crime was committed.
2) If you want to blame somebody, blame the Republican congress that refused to allocate the money to upgrade the security at the embassies.
3) Iran-Contra? No casualties? Seriously? You obviously don't count the Nicaraguans killed by the guns nor the
4) Americans who were buying the tons of cocaine Ronnie's CIA smuggled into the US to pay for those guns.
5) Watergate? The worst violation of rights in the history of the country until GW got 'em to pass the Homeland Security law? And the right wants to compare these black marks in the history of the country (by Republicans, of course) to a
6) manufactured nitpick "issue" over whether the president knew the Benghazi incident was a terrorist act or not? Ridiculous!

1) True, nothing in the CFR was violated.
2) Additional money wasn't authorized since $100 million was tagged in the continueing resolutions(since we don't have a budget from 0bama) and still wasn't used.
3) Hopefully there was casualties, and lots of them. Commies need to die. And if you're all choked up about lives lost to weapons; then, you must be crying a river over 0bama's Fast & Furious program. Don't even bother with "Bush started it with Operation Wide Receiver" since that was shut down when they found the Mexican police weren't cooperating.
4) Moon bat tinfoil conspiracist lunacy that rates up with the 9/11 troofers. And these moon bats deride anyone that question 0bama's past as 'birthers'.
5) The break-in had national security requirements to find what concessions McGovern gave Fidel Castro in exchange for the $14 million to keep his broke campaign going.
6) It may be a 'manufactured nitpick "issue"' to you, but abandoning Americans on the battlefield and lying about it repeatedly to continue the storyline that "AQ was destroyed when 0bama got Osama" to promote his campaign; isn't acceptable to me.

Iran-Contra: Y'all didn't have TVs back then? The reason there is "no evidence" is because the Senate hearing Repubs would stop the witnesses from talking when they started in about the cocaine and guns. I watched the hearings on C-Span. Y'all obviously did not. Oliver North is a bona fide liar! All I have stated above is obvious fact. Fact has no bias. Believe what you have to to stay in the bubble.

Again, point by point rebuttal of the moon bat's ranting and ravings:
Iran-Contra: Y'all didn't have TVs back then?
1) The reason there is "no evidence" is because the Senate hearing Repubs would stop the witnesses from talking when they started in about the cocaine and guns.
2)I watched the hearings on C-Span. Y'all obviously did not.
3) Oliver North is a bona fide liar!
4) All I have stated above is obvious fact male bovine feces. Fact FEELINGs have bias. Believe what you have to to stay in the bubble.
1) The leap of faith to think that we could silence the Dims.  ::)   The wild rantings of the lunatic left are not facts and Congress isn't the place to allow a circus.
2) Oh? Please rewatch CSPAN to see a certain senator from Tennessee named "Gore" laugh at Colonel North for saying the reason that he built the fence around his house was that a certain "Osama Bin Laden" was the most dangerous person on earth.
3) Perjury is a felony. Wouldn't lying while under oath to a grand jury be a felony also? Need to remind Billy Bob Klinton of that. "I never had sex with that woman." ::)
4) There is no stronger or more addictive narcotic than that of self delusionment. To quote one of the greatest authors of all time, Ayn Rand;

In my opinion if trading cocaine for guns is what it took to rid Nicaruagua of Cuban communists then great! If the Democrats had not blocked every normal means of fighting the leftists it would not have happened (if it did). Oliver North is a brave man and a patriot. Obama is lying leftist scum. After reading the knee-jerk righty reactions on this board, and noting that, though personal attacks against anyone who agrees with the every-man-for-himself theory get purged by the moderators, but somehow the name calling BY those people seems to be ignored, I'm quickly becoming more socialist!  ;D

It's a society, not an anarchy--- not yet, at any rate. Well getting back to the Benghazi deal which this is about, I can't say if the president commited any crime, in my eyes it's a simple matter of being dreadfully inexperienced as a commander and chief of the military, and not enough sand to make any judgment calls in time of need, and it got people killed. I said when he got elected they could not have found a more inexperienced person for the job, or lack of sand to be able to handle things like this. Guess I was right.
They were watching the attack live...for almost seven hours. Any president worth anything at all would have dusted the perimeter around that place as fast as possible to try to save anyone they could. Our president was too busy packing for his next campaign tour. In my opinion Obama is not qualified in the least to be holding this position. So now it's damage control to the max with more lies. I think we should fire him from his very first job.  The media would have buried anyone else for packing their bags and going on a campaign and letting people die.....I wonder what's up with that media stuff?

The fact remains;  aterrorist attack was launced upon a virtually ungarded American consulate.  The defenders held out for some 7-8 hours..before the final collapse and murders.
The administration knew what was happening, via drones they observed it in real time..and STILL DID NOTHING TO HELP !!.

I think it's clear that the facts will come out--at least any that aren't already known and what is going on right now is an outrageous stalling tactic until the election is over.  The Speaker of the House has requested that the president provide answers.  I hope Mr. Boener isn't planning on holding his breath.
I don't think the House should wait until after the election to start drawing up impeachment articles, but they need to keep it out of the hands of the lib media, who would use it to demonize the Republicans.  I don't know what could be done to Obama and Hitlary if they lose the election, but hanging side by side would be a good start.

Breaking news also says the heroic SEAL, Tyrone Woods was killed by an Al Queda mortar.  They had a laser right on that Al Queda mortar team and could have taken them out with one small "smart" rocket..which could follow the laser home..but they were refused helicopter support, which could have easily neutralized that mortar team.  Special Ops teams in Sicily could have been in Benghazi just 2 hours after the attack started...but they were ordered 3 times to "stand down"..
Tyrone woods was murdered about 7 hours after the initial attack...

Tyrone Woods' Dad is speaking out, and all should hear him..but I suppose people will be required to go to FOX to see him..
I doubt any other network has the stones to let him speak in their venue.

Protecting corporate overlords? You think the left isn't all in with corporate overlords? Soros is Obama's string puller with Bloomberg right in there. You consider yourself an adult?  Like it or not Obama is purposely bankrupting this country, is that what you want? The reality is that the debt will take everything we have and then some. If Obama is given a second term look forward to totalatarianism then anarchy. The only hope is if the Republicans gain control of the Senate. Being a short sighted party player rather than having open eyes on the individual is going to be what brings this country down. As for becoming more socialist fine but Obama's goal is not soft socialism, it is to bring America into an also ran status without the ability to keep a lid on extremism. He wants to bring our standard of living down to the level of Indonesia.

I am curious about some things I'm reading here.

I see claims that former Seals were defending the embassy, and that they asked for aid and it was refused also that they were lazing the morter position.

Those former Seals are dead and cannot tell us what they did or did not do. The news media who are telling us these things are using the phrase "sources are stating" but that really tells us nothing about who is claiming what.

Meanwhile the state department is claiming that they never received any requests for assistance, while also claiming that they had a drone in the air....who knows with that outfit?

If they were lazing the mortar position, that means that a plane was overhead but not allowed to shoot.

Tyrone Woods said he had the mortar crew "painted" with a laser..that means the target was essentially a "slam-dunk" for a smart missle..3 times he told them that; no help came.  It was that same mortar crew which finally killed him!
Glen Beck suggests that the ambassador was deep into cutting weapons deals with Libya and in the Syrian conflict..he intimates that the ambassador knew too much..(how about it conspiracy theorists?)
In any case, some have said Jennifer Griffin deserves a pulitzer Prize for her reportorial work in uncovering this scandalous behavior by the Chicago mob.   ..But don't hold your breath..
   http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2012/10/27/obama-avoids-question-on-whether-americans-in-libya-were-denied-requests-for/

Of course as far as major media goes, unless someone watches Fox instead of the "alphabet" networks..they will probably remain blissfully unaware of what really transpired in Libya a month ago http://www.foxnews.com/opinion/2012/10/27/mainstream-media-watchdogs-are-toothless-covering-obama-and-libya-scandal/.
..But then, the old proverb comes into play..the one which says; "ignorance is bliss"..

It sure is a paradox..the administration has spared no expense or efforts..protecting the "rights" of Al Queda in Gitmo.....
...But they couldn't lift a finger to protect the very lives of Americans in Benghazi!!

It is true that Mr. Woods would not be Lazing any target unless he had an asset available to him that could do the shooting. As for motives that make Ambassador Stevens dead, one may be that Obama was told by libyan authorities not to interfere. Possibly obama considers Libyan citizens more valuable than Americans. Or even that who cares about 4 White guys.

There is a combination that is set on the laser designator that gives its beam a certain pulse that is only visible to a Pave Penny pod set to the same combo. You cannot just turn on a laser designator like a flash light to indicate a target. Therefore, there he had to have been previously given the combination of the air asset's Pave Penny pod.

Does the USS Liberty attack and coverup dwarf the Benghazi deal?  I mention this because of a developing similarity.
.
One of Mitt's spin doctors, Glenn Beck turned Mormon, from The Blaze....has put out a video that covers some facts and then some 'spin' to explain away truth and put blame on BHO,,,,,however, there seems to be much more intrigue in the story then Beck wants to reveal.  Becks says Amb Stevens was doing arms deals (secretly), primarily to feed arms into Syria as he did in Lybia, and to fuel other hotspots and he was meeting clandestinely with the Turkish Ambassador just an our before the attack, and that Amb promptly left the 'consul building', which Beck claims was a covert CIA base and staffed. The Seals were assigned to Stevens when he was around town dealing, and otherwise were suppose to roundup dangerous Manipads missles (I'm told 15,000 of these handhelds supplied by the West in their Lybia coup), and to be re-sold, or deployed elsewhere. CIA, or whomever and possible a 3rd country intell laison, was involved in this operation and downplayed the attack, and so protection coverage wasn't provided for some reason; or del;iberately withheld for some reason!...This case is more involved then Biggy Daddy in the White House not signing off on blasting some insurgents; and blasting residual insurgents is probably a standing order anyway.. In its simplest reduction....it was an arms deal gone bad and some double crossing....but by who exactly?.

And this "more involved" scenario justifies murder by dereliction of duty?
