lower corp. taxes, rein in the out-of-control EPA and union thugs, and businesses will come back to the USA.

my favorite uncle advised me to buy utilities, which I did.  and for years I was paid dividends because of good folks like Dixie Dude here.  I sold when gas was deregulated... but the point is, a corporation has got to take care of the shareholders or they will go under.  if moving helps with their bottom line, then they will move. they are not going to stay here and be intimidated by a bunch of democrat/socialists.  obama says he'll raise taxes by $1,000,000,000,000 on the rich.  guess what, the rich will invest their money where it's used to create jobs and NOT here where it's used to pay parasites.

Not to mention what his open borders have done to American born jobs around here.Business should

You can talk China all day long , but it is Mexico that is getting the bulk of our jobs , and sending their workers up here to get anything they can and send it all home. The biggest part of our dollars is going south of the border , you should see a BOA or a Wells Fargo on pay day around here .

Well,
We have a differnce of opinion.
As an investor he is playing by the rules that are in play.
We have a president and a political party that are tied to the Green movement and eliminating manufacturing, mining, logging, refining, and transportating those goods. 
We have an EPA that is out of control and is forcing by fines through the air quality boards many jobs to move from current locations.  We have seen almost all foundries, manufacturing, refining, and energy production leave CA and when you need to set up a new plant, why would you not set up one at the cheapest location away from an out of control EPA.  We have these same agencies rejecting permits to build new more efficient plants.  Infavor or wind and solar that do not generate the KW that natural gas, Coal, oil, water, or Nukes do.  How many UNION jobs are loast with the closing of every Nuke facility?  How many Union Jobs are lost with the closing of a Factory because it does not meet the AQMD rules and the fines are excessive.
I do not understand the Unions siding with the democrats and their devotion to the GREEN movement that cries "clean Water, Clean Air and clean soil and no growth"  When all of the union jobs are involved in Manufacturing, Minning, Drilling, Refining, transportation, and construction. 
As president Mitt has the abliity to change those rules and make it possible to build items here.  Because Americans can make a better product, cheaper, and cleaner than anywhere else in the world.  We just need to get rid of the communists that want to give away what has made our country great.

Above is not exactly correct or accurate again...and aimless drum beating.  The USA has about the lowest corporate taxes on the planet regarding corporate tax % of GDP.  Certainly has the greatets tax give aways..credits, depreciations, write offs, etc. Individually Mr. Romney payed taxes at round 13% net effective rate...less than me and most Americans.
Unions nowadays only represent about 10 or 12% of the workforce, and most of these are in the public sector..
Business' are not obligated to pay shareholders any dividends or increase in stock values...read the 'disclaimer' the prospectus in your stock purchase package.

Constant pressure to raise taxes is another myth...the last 40 years have seen taxes steadly decline and loopholes to increase; and the creation of the 'environmnet' to offshore money, jobs, and operations.  Those jobs that couldn't be offshored were 'inshored' by illegal immigrant labor.  But taxes are probably long overdue for some kind of increase to get those that benefitted from the debt to pay it off.
