Yes, but not necessary. A fine gentleman, who lives in a southern swamp, has figured out how to make the 45/410 shoot a bullet w/o resorting to longer, expensive brass. Hopefully, he will chime in and help you out with your gun.
If you really want to get to the rifling in your gun you can expand 9.3x74R brass for a .452 bullet. This brass should let you touch the rifling if you want to, but it is kinda pricey.
