Hi Matt from Sweden here;) im hopping this awesome board can help me?
i own a TCR 87 Hunter with a .308 and a .22 Hornet barrel but i want to get me atleast
1 more barrel pref, chambered in 45-70. But finding a barrel of any caliber is almost impossible well so far its been impossible but since my TCR was sold here hence almost;) so now i need you guys to help me with suggestions on possible Gunstores over at your side that have/might/have ever so often some TCR 87 barrels in and will ship to Europe? But what ive been told is that even when buying guns/gun parts from a gunshop with all export permits sorted its still a royal pain in the...... and then some... but if i can find me 1 or 2 rifle (and 1 shotgun if lucky) barrels at the right price im more then willing to "grab hold, kick its sides and just hang on until my 8secs are over"
Due to the ridgid exportrules concerning firearms in the US not even if im willing (which i would be ofc) to pay for a exportpermit for a private seller is that possible nowdays since only registered buisnesses are approved when applying for firearms export permits
And yes i know..." just sell your TCR and get a Encore instead.." but that will be my absolutly last way out and no unfortunatly i cant keep my TCR and buy a Encore also:( And pls dont laugh now but here in Sweden we are limited to a max of 6 rifles for hunting and under very special conditions can we get granted license on a 7th..... and my 6 slots are filled BUT extra barrels for a system like TCR/Encore ect is NOT a seperate system so even if i get 3 more barrels its still looked at as only 1 weapon and since the machine park burnt down for the TCR 87 i am very proud of owning one especially over here in Sweden and i dont wanna sell it and get a Encore that any average joe can get just becouse i can get more barrels for that one.
so pls help me with finding 1 or more shops that i can contact and with some luck find me some barrels and take it from there;)
