.223 ultra price check please

A guy at work has a H&R ultra in .223 thats easily in 90% condition, has had the trigger worked to around 2 ish pounds.
 
What would you consider to be an average price for such a gun ??

i'd be more concerned bout tha trigger than tha price.....2 lbs ??  be careful !!!
check it with a scale...........  $175---200 FTF isa starting point in my area

Ultra standard stock or thumbhole? In top condition $250 is a decent price. Mine looks like this;

It has the standard stock, another gent at work has put dibs on it, he's a good guy so no hard feelings at all, seller hasnt priced it yet but think'n its gonna be in the $330 range, more than I want to spend on it so...
