"Shaquille Brown" Threatens to Shoot Romney

"Shaquille Brown", a  19 year old community college student  from Loraine County Ohio, has been arrested for threatening to shoot Mitt Romney.  He was charged with one count of "inducing panic."   

No reference to his race though.  Only white people can be racists.
