Smoked venison??

Has anyone smoked venison?  If so, which cut of meat and how did you do it?

Hind quater , cover with bacon and peper . Use apple juice in water pan. Comes out looking like med well done beef and the taste is great.
Any cut would work .

Debone a ham (do nt fillet out the bone but leave the ham whole).  Stuff bone cavity with whole onions. Every slice will have a core of onion in its center.
