I walked in to vote this morning and there's a desk you go to first to sign in. There are 4 lanes, You go to the one for the first letter of your last name. Everybody there was in the H-O lane, and that was about 50 people. I went right up to my lane and voted and then asked "does everybody in this lane have a last name beginning with H through O? " and that triggered an movement of people sorting into other lanes. I guess the people that worked the polls hadn't picked up on the improbability of everyone being in one lane.
Funny thing, group think.
