Obviously the mayor nor law enforcement either is interested in moving the terrorist from in front of the polling station. That violation of the law with an election poster on the wall of a polling place, is also a violation. Curiously, schools get a tax deduction (pay no taxes), in fact they operate off taxpayers money... So why should they as opposed to churches, be allowed to act in a partisan manner?
This stuff seems to be a regular event there in Philly..somewhat like Chicago.
